"Damn it, Amir! I walk the dog, this morning, hoping to score kudos with Amy, but she doesn't say anything about it. I wash the dogs feet (after the walk), thinking that Amy will be really appreciative of it, but she doesn't say anything about it. I wash the dinner dishes this morning hoping that Amy will say how great I am, but, again, she doesn't say anything about it.
